เราสามารถป้องกันการเข้าไปอ่านอีเมล์ใน outlook express ได้โดยการตั้ง Password การเข้าใช้งาน
แต่วิธีนี้เป็นวิธีการป้องกันเบื้องต้นเท่านั้น
วิธีตั้ง Password ดังนี้
1.Outlook express คลิ๊ก menu | File |Identity | Manage Identities
2.เลือก 'Main Identity' หรือ ชื่อ Identity ของคุณ
3.คลิ๊ก Properties.
4.ทำเครื่องหมายเช็คถูกตรง Require a password
5.ใส่ password ที่ต้องการในช่อง 'New Password' และช่อง Confirm password
6.กด OK แล้ว กด OK อีกครั้ง
7.สุดท้ายก็กด 'Close'
วิธี ลบ Outlook Express Identity Password.
1.ตรงเมนู Outlook Express เลือก File | Identities |Manage Identities
2.คลิ๊กเลือก 'Main Identity' หรือ ชื่อ Identity ของคุณ
3.คลิ๊ก 'Properties'.
4.เอาเครื่องหมายเช็คถูกหน้า 'Require a password' ออก
5.กด OK.
